Our support team can also answer any questions you may have concerning the set-up, maintenance, and operation of your system. MHT Technology operates a helpdesk during normal UK business hours which is available to customers with helpdesk contracts. The helpdesk is manned by our expert engineers who will initially log your call and provide a reference number for you and use their best endeavours to help you with your query or resolve your problem. Where necessary, issues can be escalated to a more senior person within the Company with specific expertise.
24/7 Emergency On Site Support (UK only)
MHT Technology can provide total peace of mind through its 24/7 support contracts. A dedicated 24/7 telephone number is provided, which will be answered either immediately, or within 1 hour of receiving a message, and where necessary an engineer can be mobilized to site with 24 hours of receiving the call.
