About The role:
The Systems and Support Engineer will deliver high-quality technical support to customers and internal teams across company systems, products, and approved third-party solutions. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, maintaining, troubleshooting, and continuously improving systems and solutions. You will provide technical guidance internally, assist with training, and work closely with the Endress + Hauser Maulburg Support Department.
This is an opportunity to work across a wide range of technologies, develop your skills alongside industry-leading engineers, and make a visible impact in a small, specialist team.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- CompTIA A+ or similar qualification, or demonstrable experience in a relevant role.
- Proven experience supporting systems in process control, measurement, manufacturing, or industrial environments, with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Experience managing small projects to completion.
- Knowledge of current and emerging technologies in systems support.
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
