As part of our continuous efforts to promote inclusivity and diversity in the workplace, we are pleased to confirm that we are now a Thriving At Work accredited employer.
The project, partially funded by the European Union Social Fund, aims to provide employers with all of the knowledge and support that they need to ensure an inclusive and healthy workplace where all employees can thrive.
Whether it be through diversity training for employers or coaching and mentoring for those who self identify as neurodiverse, disabled or may be experiencing mental health challenges, the scheme offers support specifically tailored to an in-work context, making it an ideal resource for employers and employees alike.
We are delighted that our current procedures passed the full diagnostic audit required for accreditation and we look forward to developing and engaging with the project over the coming weeks, months and years.
