- Customer: The projects we have worked on, the products we have made are borne out of interactions with our customers. I am proud of the trust and confidence we have earned and that we collectively share the responsibilities that trust places on us.
- Creativity: The most enduring and positive memories of my 22 years with this company are when we drew solutions to seemingly intractable problems from the skills and knowledge within our ranks. Ideas from across the company are expressed and debated with respect, irrespective of individual fields of expertise.
- Synergy: It has been a proud moment to see the arrival of new blood into the organisation and the care and patience with which these new people are taught by their more experienced colleagues.
