Sales and Customer Relationship Manager

MHT Technology LTD are looking for a Sales and Customer relationship manager.

 

Full time

 £50k – £55k per annum, DoE + Car Allowance + Bonus

Our customers operate across the UK [and beyond], so you need to be comfortable spending time on the road with some overnight stays. You will also spend time at our office in North Yorkshire, a dynamic and collaborative environment where your ideas are not just heard but celebrated; we believe in the power of diverse perspectives to drive our success. Your efforts will contribute to projects that make a difference on a global scale and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business and the industry.​

You will be driving sales and business development by developing technical solutions based on the client’s specific needs. You will be a key player in building upon existing client relationships and help to foster long-term partnerships.

Managing a small sales and marketing team, you will work closely with our Engineering and Field Service specialists, joining forces to find the best solutions for our customers and converting these into sales.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Customer Relationship Manager to play a pivotal role in driving business growth and building strong and lasting relationships with our customers. You will have a good level of commercial awareness with the ability to communicate effectively with others. Ideally you will experience of managing and leading a team, with a background in engineering, the oil and gas industry, or within instrumentation solutions. ​

With a proven track record in sales with a strategic and analytic approach to business development, you’re driven by the challenge of surpassing ambitious goals and setting new benchmarks for success.​​

Building strong client relationships is your superpower. Your ability to connect with clients goes beyond transactions; it’s about fostering long-term partnerships.  This isn’t just a managerial role; your decisions and contributions will help shape the future of our Company.​

Due to the nature of the industry, we work in, you must be comfortable at heights and hold a full drivers’ licence, valid in the UK.
