MHT Technology adds dedicated telephone support line
We are pleased to announce a dedicated telephone support line - +44 (0) 1748 828828. This will be manned Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (excluding Bank Holidays)
The HelpDesk can alternatively be reached at the following email address: . The company encourages all customers to use email for non-urgent enquiries. Customers can purchase a support service contract in 10 hour blocks valid over a 12 month period or an annual support contract.
MHT HelpDesk will endeavour to respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours of receipt. Customers are hence forth requested to use the dedicated phone line/email for support during office hours.
