PDF Files: PDF Files require an Adobe Reader compatible application. Adobe Reader can be downloaded for free on the Adobe website. To open a PDF file simply click on the link and a new browser window will open displaying the PDF. To save the PDF to your computer, right-click the link and select 'Save Target As / Save Link As'.

ZIP/RAR Files: ZIP/RAR Files are compressed files. To download a zip/rar file, click on the download link. Once you have downloaded the file, you will need to uncompress it using a program such as Winzip, Winrar or your operating systems built-in tools.
